Airborne Technologies
Airborne Technologies is a special-mission aircraft integrator. They take existing fixed-wing aircraft (Pilatus PC-9M, Cessna 208B, DHC-6 Twin Otter) and helicopters (AgustaWestland AW139) and modify them into ISR, SAR, law-enforcement, and maritime-patrol platforms by integrating sensor pods, mission management systems, and operator workstations. They do not design or manufacture their own airframes.
Architecture Intelligence
A modular hardpoint-mountable ISR pod (SCAR-Pod) lets any operator upgrade their existing fleet to surveillance capability without permanent airframe modification or recertification. Pairing the pod with an in-house mission computer running Airborne LINX gives a consistent operator UX regardless of which airframe is below it.
Customers (police, military, governments, aerial-survey services) can mount a high-end EO/IR + radar + datalink payload on a Cessna 208B for an afternoon mission and remove it the next day — no STC re-certification, no fleet downtime. Mission Management Unit + Workstation give a sensor operator a single pane to control FLIR, Hensoldt, Trakka, Riegl, and L3 payloads without per-vendor cockpit clutter.
Sensor-vendor lock-in (LINX abstracts the per-payload control plane), permanent airframe modifications (pod is hardpoint-mounted, not bolted in), and the cost ceiling of buying a purpose-built ISR airframe.
