About

Anduril builds Lattice OS as the AI command-and-control brain and pursues a hybrid vertical-integration strategy — rapid organic platform development at the system-of-systems layer paired with steady, targeted acquisitions that bolt specialized hardware, sensing, and edge-compute capabilities under Lattice. Public acquisitions include Area-I (2021, sub-scale UAS), Dive Technologies (2022, undersea), Adranos (2023, solid rocket motors), Blue Force Technologies (2023, supersonic UAS / Fury), Numerica (2024-25, radar + C2), Klas (2025, ruggedized edge compute), AIRS (2025, additive rocket manufacturing), and ExoAnalytic Solutions (March 2026, space domain awareness). The result is a multi-domain stack — air, ground, sea, space, and cyber — unified under a single C2 platform, positioning Anduril as the most direct competitor to the full OAS system-of-systems concept rather than a pure-software AI layer.

Anduril Industries

Anduril Industries, Inc. is an American military technology company specializing in the development of advanced autonomous systems. It was cofounded in 2017 by Palmer Luckey, alongside Trae Stephens, Matt Grim, Joe Chen, and Brian Schimpf. Anduril aims to sell systems to the U.S. Department of Defense that will incorporate artificial intelligence and robotics. Anduril's major products include unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and counter-UAS (CUAS), semi-portable autonomous surveillance systems, and networked command and control software. In January 2025, Anduril announced a series of Arsenal Projects, hyperscale manufacturing facilities designed to manufacture advanced autonomous weapons systems faster than near-peer American geopolitical rivals. The first is termed "Arsenal-1" and is being actively constructed near Columbus, Ohio, in consort with Ohio State University.
