Builds the JUMP 20 (multi-mission, medium-endurance VTOL needing no launch/recovery equipment, 14+ hr endurance, 30 lb payload) and the catapult-launched T-20. Long-time USSOCOM MEUAS III/IV supplier and one of four awardees on the US Army FTUAS competition. Acquired by AeroVironment for ~$405M ($355M cash + $50M stock); deal announced 26 Jan 2021, closed 19 Feb 2021. JUMP 20 has been rebranded by AV as the AeroVironment JUMP 20 / T-20.
