(Aug 2021). Acquired by AeroVironment (NASDAQ: AVAV) in an all-stock $4.1B merger that closed May 1, 2025; BlueHalo now operates as AeroVironment's Space, Cyber, Directed Energy, and AI/Autonomy unit alongside AVAV's legacy UAS / Switchblade / loitering-munitions business.
