Hensoldt UK Ltd is the British subsidiary of Hensoldt AG (FRA:HAG), a German defence-sensor specialist. Hensoldt UK was formed around the June 2017 acquisition of Kelvin Hughes (Enfield, North London) for approximately £87M, adding solid-state pulse-Doppler maritime radar to the parent's portfolio. Flagship product line: SharpEye (Mk5 small-vessel, Mk11 combined navigation + naval surveillance, SBS-700/800/900 vessel-traffic-service variants) plus the CxEye C2 software for fusing radar with EO/IR feeds. Primary mission profile is naval / coastal / port surveillance and air-traffic-control radar, with growing inland-border-security applications.
